Over the past couple of years, we’ve been gratified by the number of our audience members who have taken the time to write us with their reactions to our performances. Audience comments have been incredibly helpful to the RSO staff and to maestro Brusilow in planning for the future of the orchestra and our concert seasons.
We want to make it easier than ever to share your thoughts and comments. So, we’re starting a blog page on the RSO web site. Here’s how it will work and how you can get involved:

• Watch for messages in your inbox
In the coming 60 days, you’ll receive a variety of emails from the staff, the musicians, members of the Board of Directors, maestro Brusilow and patrons like yourself…each with a unique point of view on the Richardson Symphony, our performances, the music we play, our place in the community and whatever else might strike our fancy.

• Tell us we’re nuts
In each email there will be a link for you to respond. You can write and tell us you agree, you disagree, we’re nuts….whatever. Or, you can write about any other subject you choose, particularly if you think it will help us make the RSO even better.

• Your friends and neighbors will know what you’re up to!
Your responses and comments will be posted to the this blog site, usually within one business day of your sending it.

• After the first 60 days:
At the end of the initial 60 day period, we’ll maintain the blog site on the web, but post new material only on the web. We’ll drop the use of email since by then, we hope to have kick-started the site.

That’s it! Simple and easy. Just be sure to drop us a note whenever you have something to say.

Over the same sixty day period, the RSO will be concluding fundraising for the 2007-2008 fiscal year. We have $50,000 to raise between now and June 30th and we’re counting on you to help us end this year in the black! We’ll let you know how we’re doing on our End of the Year Windup game board at the conclusion of each email and on our Blog Site.
